The Listening Room at 1893 Matthew’s House welcomes Montana-born singer/songwriter Lane Norberg for an intimate evening of music and storytelling.

Now based in Portland, Oregon, Lane Norberg has become a rising voice in the Pacific Northwest music scene. Known for his honest songwriting, warm vocals, and a sound often described as “James Taylor meets John Mayer,” Lane has shared stages with national touring artists including Forest Blakk, Mindy Smith, and Jon McLaughlin.

Since releasing his debut EP Under the Trees in 2017 and his full-length album Coming to Life in 2021, Lane has continued to earn recognition for his songwriting, including winning the Local Roots Music NW Songwriting Competition and receiving nominations for the PNW Music Awards. His music has also been featured on SiriusXM’s The Pulse on the show Train Tracks, hosted by Pat Monahan of Train.

Lane’s highly anticipated new album, All the Little Things, is expected later this year. 

This Listening Room performance offers a rare opportunity to experience Lane’s music the way it was meant to be heard — up close, acoustic, and deeply connected.
